Triluca No Smoking Yard Sign-by Duke Za Daisy

I got tired of picking up cigarette butts from discourteous walkers-by or visitors who parked in front of our home (we're in a very dense urban area) and disrespected the neighborhood with their cigarette butt trash. I got two of these signs, one to face the street, and one to face the sidewalk (there's a strip of grass between our curb and the sidewalk that smokers deemed an ashtray, hence the signs facing two directions). I haven't had a tossed butt in my yard since putting these up; I'm sure there'll be some rude litterbugs, but these fun and sturdy signs are helping.

For years my friendly neighbor has thrown his cigarette butts in my yard right by the curb. He walks everyday and each time, as soon as he rounds the corner out of his wife's view, he strikes up and smokes one cigarette in front of my house and throws his butt on my lawn and then continues on. When he returns, he throws them down at the exact same spot as on his way back.I'll be honest - I didn't think this sign would work, but it Totally Has!! No more butts. It might be sort of a passive aggressive way to get him to stop, but it worked & that's one more thing I don't have to clean up. The sign is small enough so it doesn't look obtrusive. Yay!!!

We live in a townhouse neighborhood in an end unit where there is a breezeway between our house and the next, so neighbors frequently pass through to get quickly from one part of the neighborhood to the other. I kept finding cigarette butts in my flower beds that are in the breezeway! I bought this sign and put it in my flowerbed and haven’t seen a butt since.

Update: Shorter than expected. It would be perfect if stake was longer. You can't see it on the yard, it's a 2 year old child's eye level.

Sign is a bit larger than [palm of my hand] expected, but great for gardens and yards by letting others politely know smoking isn't desired. I put this sign in my large ficus tree's pot, so the neighbors that have been exhaling directly in front of my front entrance know it's not appreciated. It's a nonoffensive sign that gets the point across in a cute way. At least it did the trick for me :o)

We have 2 - one we put in a flowerpot on our deck, the other adjacent to our garden steps...both look good and deter potential smokers from lighting up :)

The sign is clean, classy and cute. Unfortunately it was stolen the same night it went up.
