[I purchased directly from Centrix]Nice little remote but has some issues for me. The controls all work well and the entire unit feels solid and well-built. I use my WD TV Live mainly to watch my own videos stored on the hard drive but sometimes use streaming services.My issues are:[1] There's no documentation to tell you where the USB dongle goes on your player. One reviewer said it only worked in the rear USB port but my experience is that it only works in the front port.[2] Every time I use the rear keyboard, it works great the first time until I back out of Services. When I go back in it won't work and I have to remove the dongle and put it back in again to make it work again. It doesn't work on some of the other streaming channels at all.[3] The main control buttons on the front are very small and if you have large thumbs like me, you tend to push more than one at a time. The tiny little Rewind button is 1/8" below the rather large power button. Every time I've pressed rewind, I've also hit the power button and turned off the player. Very frustrating.Overall, it's great having the keyboard for searching but I think I'll just keep it to the side and use the original remote until I want to search for something.
