Fast box, great speed, ease of use, smooth streaming
I am a seller of android boxes,kodi boxes, and firesticks. I have been testing this box over a week. I loaded it with over 40 programs for streaming and live TV with grest success. I have had a couple crashes and freezes but no worse than firesticks or any other TV box. Has ethernet and USB ports on it so no adapter needed. Great speeds. Minimal buffering. Overall a nice TV box worth the money.

Too many problems, had to return.
I really wanted to like this product. The specs were solid. It looked great. I loved the idea of voice input with Google Assistant. But it had too many flaws to make it work. First and foremost, it is running a custom version of Android that prevents the install of many common Google Play Store apps. Most of the apps I use regularly reported as being incompatible in the Play Store. In particular, it would not run the YoutubeTV app(not normal Youtube, but the live TV subscription service app). Which is my main source of media consumption. Play Store stated it was incompatible. I tried multiple different versions of the YoutubeTV app installed via side loading. But the app would crash repeatedly when used. I've setup many different android devices, and this is the first Android device that has been incapable of running the YoutubeTV app. The box comes with Netflix preinstalled. But I deleted it and tried to install a newer version of Netflix, only to find that it was also listed as incompatible via the Play Store. The box has Aptoide preinstalled for installing some apps, but the version of Netflix within Aptoide gave an error as start saying it could not be run. So I was unable to reinstall Netflix. The remote control was disappointing as well. The voice input was a complete letdown. It requires clicking the voice button once to activate the Voice Assistant, then you have to press again to speak. It's very unintuitive and just doesn't work well. Then within other apps, I was unable to use the voice input for in-app input. It would go to the "Global" Voice Assistant search and never input anything I said in the app search field. It absolutely doesn't work like the FireTV voice input type of experience that I was hoping for.In the end, I couldn't make the box work for me, and can't recommend it. The customized version of Android on the box prevents most of the apps I use most from working correctly.

Nice upgrade for my old TV box
I bought this second TV Box as I needed to upgrade my old one. This one is faster than my previous Android TV box (with 2GB RAM 16GB ROM) as it comes with 4GB memory. It also supports Bluetooth and is convenient for me to watch TV using my wireless bluetooth earbuds. Downloading and adding apps to this box is as easy as installing apps in my android phone. It also boots in less than 30 seconds.Some cons are- HDMI cable is little short. So, the box has to be placed very close to TV set.- Remote does not come with AAA batteries.

Buyer Beware
First let me state that the first product I received, the remote didn't work, so I exchanged it. Amazon always makes it easy to return or exchange products, but I should've taken the hint.Replacement product was working. Yes, it's easy to install and get setup, when the remote decides to work. Some of the direction buttons on the remote take pushing them a couple times to get to work. Once setup, the first day or so was ok, it was a little laggy (and it's not my internet, I have download speeds of up to 980mbps) As time went on, it got more laggy and an app would start and play for about 30 seconds, then freeze.All this led to me to return the second unit due to the lag and the fact that the second remote want functioning properly. Replaced with a different product, so beware.

Complete garbage. Will not play HD files via ethernet connection from my NAS - the ONLY reason I bought this (NOT purchased for Kodi apps). Videos may start out fine, but they soon devolve into a jerky laggy unwatchable mess. Sound is out of sync and varies for each file so it's impossible to make a standard adjustment. I have other boxes that work perfectly on my network. In my opinion, I suspect the hardware or chipset in this one is faulty or seriously misrepresented, and the box is woefully under-powered to meet the demands of HD video. Avoid!

You shipped me a Scishion TV box, It is not a HAOSIHD TV Box
ANDROID 9.0 OS: HAOSIHD android TV Box come with updated android 9.0 OS, which is faster and more efficient. AI ONE android box has a better compatibility of software, games and applications, better user interface and user experience. The remote does not have Voice Recognition so I am unable to rate it. On the basis of the remote I don't see a better user interface. I need Voic recognition! It looks as though I paid for it. My box is not white, it is silver! The specs seem to be correct, wrong remote and I thought I was buying a HAOSIHD TV BOX. I have a SCISHION with the wrong remote.

Look up "slow" in Webster's, and you will find a picture of this thing. Otherwise, it works about like similar devices, with similar, great, less than intuitive menus. Did I mention, it's really slow? Anyway, returned it.

Netflix would not work
I was unable to get Netflix to work on this machine. Loading new applications is complicated and timely, if you can get the application. I subsequently bought an Amason Firestick and is much easier to use.
