Easy to clean, solid and sturdy, this pan is perfect! It’s heavy and will last for years and years; as long as you use it sensibly using soft utensils this will serve you well for many cooked meals. Going to buy it another size as well!!!

Update: I originally reviewed this pan when I purchased it two years ago. I have used the heck out of this pan and it is the only pan I have that has endured harsh treatment and is still easy to clean. This thing is way better than the pans I have paid considerably more for and I plan to replace my other frying pans with more of this one. This is a must own pan!!!I have used a few different Ozeri Frying Pans, and I have to say that this particular one is now my favorite. The overall quality of this pan is remarkable. I love the weight and the way it cooks. It cooks evenly, is easy to clean and overall is a tremendous value for the price. This is now my goto frying pan.Update: So, after using this pan for some time now, I have to say that I think I would like to get another one. This pan is freaking awesome!!! It is a heavy pan and holds heat very well. This is by far Ozeri's best pan and well worth spending a bit more. It cleans easy and cooks wonderfully. By far, this is my favorite frying pan. It almost has a cast iron feel, but does not require the seasoning and has a non-stick surface that is effortless to clean, but it evenly distributes heat and has the ability to brown food if desired, which is something I have not been able to do as well in a lot of ceramic coated pans.

Good even heat through out the pan, energy saving as requiring less usage of gas level to cook with.Easy cleaning as the non stick surface can be washed under hot water and wiped clean with a paper towel.Highly recommend this brand.

This pan is The Bomb. It heats up evenly, cleans up like a dream, and goes in the oven up to 500 degrees! Equally useful for a quick grilled cheese sandwich (just wipe it out with a paper towel afterwards) or a pan-seared rack of lamb started on the stove-top and finished in a hot oven. It's truly non-stick, and knowing that it is all through non-toxic means sets my heart at rest. Clean-up is perfectly easy. Last night, to my horror, I found that my kids had put it in the dishwasher... no big deal, it came out in perfect condition. (Of course, the manual suggests that frequent dishwasher use may damage the finish, so I don't plan on repeating that, but it was nice that it survived its first trip without harm!)It's got a good heft to it, but isn't as heavy and unwieldy as a traditional cast-iron pan. the handle feels good in your hand. It even looks pretty!

First- yes, this pan is HEAVY. But I don’t care about that. I have lighter pans I can use if I want to get fancy with tossing eggs or pancakes. What I care about is durability and longevity! This pan is my workhorse- my daily, go-to, everyday cooking pan. I use this pan for pretty much everything- to fry things, to cook steaks, fish, veggies, stir fry, sauces- just- everything and anything you can cook in a 10” pan. I have owned it now for a year and 8 months, and it is still going strong and has not lost any noticeable non-stick capabilities.I used to buy a new 10” pan every year, even the expensive brand names wouldn’t hold up- and while we use them daily, we do take good care of our pots & pans! We let it cool before washing it (by hand), we use silicone or wooden utensils, etc. Unlike those lighter non-stick pans, though, if you treat this pan right, it will last you for years! It’s similar to a good cast iron without the care and seasoning needed for a cast iron pan. It’s wonderful and whenever it gives out, I hope I can still buy a replacement!
