Too much packaging !
The lids are cute, colorful and functional . To bad they felt the need to individually wrap each one in plastic. Waste of packaging material .

Not easy to use
The lids are impossible to screw on/off straight. They get stuck and won’t open, too. Wish I could return them but only have one month window to return. Beware! I have other reusable plastic lids like these that screw on/off very smoothly (white plastic generic brand from Walmart and colorful metal ones Pioneer Woman brand.)

No More Rusty Lids
My metal lids rust if I wash and do not towel dry immediately after. Ain't nobody got time for that! These are the perfect solution, and the fun colors are a plus.

Great canning jar lids!
Note: These lids are NOT suitable for any kind of canning! They are for use with canning jars to use things that do NOT need actual canning, such as dry goods, refrigerator pickles and jams, ferments, etc.I love the colors! And they also feel like they're somewhat less brittle than the white name-brand versions, that crack SO easily. There are 7 each of regular and wide-mouthed lids, in a rainbow of colors.Recommended, if you need 1-piece, non-canning lids for canning jar storage.

Don't screw on mason jars properly
I got these lids because Iliked the colors and thought I could "color code" the foods in the mason jars with different colored lids vs plain white. For example, I could use the green lid on plain sauerkraut. Unfortunately, although the lids are pretty colors, sturdy, and clean well in the dishwasher, they actually don't fit very well. First, you have to buy silicone rings separately if you need any kind of leakproof lid. That's not a problem--you can get them on Amazon, but it is a pain in the neck to remember to do that. That's not why I gave them a low score, although it was irritating. The reason I gave them a low score is that I could never get them properly screwed onto the mason jars. There's something wrong with the threads--the lids are the right size, per se, but the threads don't align properly so the lids are always on crookedly and not secured. It's really a huge disappointment. I ended up getting plain old white lids from the canning aisle. I wanted plastic lids for my homemade fermented foods like sauerkraut, as as I said, I wanted to have lids different colors, not just because they are prettier but because it would help to "color code" things since I often use brown mason jars for fermenting and I didn't want to always have to open the jar to see what was inside.Another reviewer mentioned this same issue. I should have paid more attention to that review because it was very accurate. The lids just won't screw on properly.

Excellent quality
I love these colorful lids! No more fumbling with lids with rings. These don't leak, they screw on easily, and they look sleek. The colors are bright and happy. Just a neat and useful addition to my kitchen.

Colored mason jar plastic covers
I am so annoyed with the wide mouth covers!! The regular sizes seems to work ok! However the wide moth ones are impossible to screw on they don’t align. I find myself fighting with the silly plastic things. Tonight was the last straw, I put some raw cashews in a mason jar and used the green cover, trying to open the cover and it was a fit ended with me wrestling the puppy for my expensive cashews!!Would I buy these covers again: absolutely NOTWould I recommended them: absolutely Not!!!Wish I could get a refund but I unpacked them all washed them and was so looking forward to using them. Nope in the garbage.I will purchase the regular white covers like I did before.

Excellent value
Product was received on time. I made a mistake and thought these included the silicone ring. I can not fault the seller or product for this, it was clearly stated in the questions area and the seal was not included in the description.I have only used one wide mouthed one so far. It was for a diy natural cleaning product. I was disappointed that it leaked when I went to shake the mixture. It leaked several times in the first few hours. I tried removing and putting back on to make sure it was on correctly, still leaked. However, I believe it had something to do with the liquid being warm. Once the mixture cooled completely, the leaking issue resolved itself. It has not leaked since that first day. So you may want to be careful if putting warm liquid in it. I typically use these types of lids for making batches of broth, so I'll find out soon if this problem persists.Once I use the other lids, I'll update if it was a one time fluke, or if it continues to leak.I agree with the other reviewer who stated there was too much packaging. As an environmental who tries to leave little waste behind (which is why I make my own products, to avoid buying prepackaged), it was surprising to see so much individual wrapping.I'm still giving 5 stars overall as the product was exactly as described, arrived quickly, and seems to be of good quality so far.
