I have two of them. They are also bulletproof, One I've had for several years and this one I've had for a few months. They work perfectly every time and there's nothing to worry about breaking on them, except maybe the wheel if you get careless. Not all Dewalt tools are made in the USA anymore. Some are even made in China. But let me say that the quality you would expect from Dewalt is still there. China has gotten much better at making things and things they are making these days tend to be more durable and precise than what they made in the past.
