Hot Sweat Neoprene Shapers Slimming Belt Waist For Weight Loss Women & Men

Fits ok. I followed the sizing chart but ordered a size smaller because i wanted a tight fit but it isn't tight. It fits comfortably. I will sew it tighter myself. This piece will be used along with my neoprene pants and top. The material is thinner than what i usually wear. My regular outfit makes me sweat while just sitting and doing nothing but this piece feels more like a slight back supporter, which i needed anyways. I'm reading lots of bad reviews so i will update my review at a later time after i wear it a little bit.(update) I stopped using it. It was too much trouble sliding it over my rear end and it wouldn't stay in place where it should when exercising. I would have to stop exercising and pull it down back into position. And I didn't do any sewing alterations on it like I said I would.

Items came quickly but the size chart is not accurate. While they are supposed to fit snuggly I don't think any they can stretch enough to even get on. They ship from China so the sizing is way off.Would not recommend to anyone.

Came 33 days earlier then stated after reading the negative reviews I was wondering why. I am ordering a second one for my husband :) make sure to look at the size chart I ordered Large could be a bit longer but for what I need it is doing the job, yes it stretches and I can feel the warmth I have not tried with and lotion as I just got it today and want to wash before I start my routine just a reminder. sitting doing nothing does not make you sweat so this review will keep going and I will say weather it has changed or is better.
