I bought this battery camera after reading favourable reviews but sadly I had to send the first one back as it would not connect to my WiFi despite trying several times using the two optionsThe second one connected only via the QR code which you align from the mobile app with the camera lens - the difficulty now is that there are no operating instructions to show you what all the symbols mean and how to use themThe online video shows a newer model with different symbols so it is not helpful and there are no operating instructions to download - having said all that the camera is now working and has great picture quality - the magnetic mount allows you to detach the camera quickly without having to unscrew it - I installed a micro sd card but still cannot work out how to delete recordings - I don't want to subscribe to a cloud service priced in US$Not sure whether it over records the SD card when the memory is full- without contact from the company I am at loss as to how the images are stored in the long termRSP

I like this camera but it is VERY difficult to connect. I had to change my mobile phone recently and it just cannot connect with the new one, I also tried with the tablet but to no avail, and there is no way I can contact the seller. That's why the 2 star. I connected just once but not any more so now its useless.

this item is total crap and does not work anymore infact I need to return it is not fit for use unless I have a faulty one

Initially it worked fine, after 3 week's battery would not charge and camera would not turn on, maybe I had a bad or faulty unit, however not impressed

Got two seconds sent out just kept the second too much hastle.The mount had rust on it when it arrived, they said they were out of stock then it arrived it's a bit naughty.The battery needs charged every 1-2 weeks, I bought a five meter micro USB and open the window to charge it in overnight.The camera has worked really well so far.It's easy to install took me 20mis from opening the box.It's a good bit of kit just wished I got a new one.(two returned cams sent to me many thanks!)I'm going to get another just not off these guy I have seen the same model same box same app camera on Ebay for £40 only difference is no battery.Love the camera but £75 for returned ones is not on!!

Battery life is horrendous. First few times of usage the battery lasted a month, now it lasts a few days at best. The same settings are on now compared to when the battery was lasting a month and the positioning and movement detection frequency has not changed. Do not buy.

No batteries included. So more sorting out before I can make ut work. Why not include them its an obvious thing to do and stops oeple getting pissed off.
