ZMBK346 Advanced GPS Universal Locator

Boy, was I wrong about this product. Bought the unit in April. Unit stopped working early July. Called Customer service 5 time in 2 weeks. Keep getting the same scripted excuses and delay, but no real resolution.Do Not expect any real customer service nor tech support! Currently search for alternative replacement.Previous review of this product:"After weeks of research, I purchased this GPS locator for my young kids. It works great. Received text alert when the locator is out of the safe zone. I can check location on my i phone through the web site. It alerts me again when back in safe zone. Overall, it worked exactly as promised. Great product!"

This company is highly unreliable their service goes out and you are unable to track the device. It doesn't give 100 percent accurate location a lot of times it will say near this location. Their is a 30 dollar activation fee plus u must pay the first month of 19$. Oh yes there is a monthly service fee of 19$ Also their is an early termination fee. I have called the company many of times to ask If my payment can be prorated because some days it doesn't even work (which is not my devices fault it's the service provider) because they say it's "currently under repair and can't give u a time frame of when it will be repaired" . All an all I would not recommend this product spend a little extra money and get something with a little more reliable service and more accurate software.

I use this as a portable unit, and it's working great. Only problem I have is after charging, it needs to be turned "on" again, which is easy to forget to do. Otherwise, it works as advertised and is worth the price.

I bought this device for a specific reason which we don't need to get into in this review. The device works well in terms of tracking but what they don't tell you up front is that the service is very expensive and you have to enter into an auto renew deal with them to hook it up. I used it for 2-months and turned it off and after my year was up the charged my credit card again. When I called to ask for a refund they told me that I signed up for auto renew so there was nothing they could do to refund my money but they would turn it off. The representative on the phone was less than courteous about it. I wanted to complain to a manager but I did not have the time that day so I just let it go. I will never sign up for anything again with Zoomback.

Was happy at first but the battery life does not seem to be what it I understood it to be. I went and purchased the extended battery pack and had even worse results. Contacted support and was told about 3 or 4 different reasons it was my fault. I am waiting to get the device back from and extended trip and double check things before making a decision to send it back or not.

I read the reviews about this product & was a little unsure about buying it. But I clicked the mouse & bought one. I had my dad take it to work with so I could learn how to use the features online.After a simple set up & a 1 hr wait for the satellite to locate my GPS (the Zoombak site says it may take 1 hr) on day 1 it started working with no problem. A lot of reviewers stated they had trouble in the online setup phase. I did not.Once my dad left work I logged into my account and set speed alerts & safe zones and was able to track him from work to home with no problem. I got my speed text msgs when when he traveled faster than my set speed. I got my text msgs when he got close to home that he was in the home safe zone.Once he got home I went to movement history & showed him his route home.I'm happy this product works for the money I have invested in it.Plan to use it in my Jeep Cherokee in case of theft. Great product to use without having to wire up anything & this product isn't bulky or heavy. Maybe a good pick if you can't afford On-Star GPS.

I gave this item a few days but FAILURE would capture the experience1) simply doesn't consistently work2) doesn't geofence3) terrible app4) terrible battery5) irregular charger6) SLOW to track when it workedTried eZoom which was equally bad from same company (T-Mobile is carrier used - go figure!)Try PocketFinder instead - no annual commitment and lower monthly fee though higher equipment cost

THIS INEXPENSIVE WAY TO LOCATE YOUR LOVED ONES IS WORKING FLAWLESSLY. I HEARD SOME BAD REVIEWS, BUT THEY SOUNDED OVERLY DRAMATIC. I CAN ALWAYS LOCATE THE PERSON IF NOT BY SATELLITE IT WILL GIVE ME AN APPROXIMATE LOCATION THROUGH THE CELLULAR NETWORK. I WAS EVEN ABLE TO TRACK IN REALTIME BY BY JUST HITTING THE LOCATE ICON EVERY MINUTE AND I WAS ABLE TO SEE MY CAR ON THE ROAD RIGHT UP TO MY DRIVEWAY. LOVE THIS THING!
