I own almost every Dave Hughes publication out and have never been disappointed. This book is still one of the best yet again. Best direct source for fishing flies that work without all of the fluff. Great explanation and tying guidance for every tyer’s level. Buy it and you will not be disappointed.

The book was very good and very informative with great pictures and instructions on how to tie the flies listed. Highly recommend this book.

Good review of what you need to tie and what flies are basic to first, trout fishing then pan fish and bass fishing. Only improvement, and probably for the ebook version would be to have a link to a clear video of each step.
