The TOP PERFORMANCES variator is characterized by an increased excursion and rolling ramps optimized to achieve a variation curve that allows you to increase both acceleration and tip speed. The Variotop "TPR" was born to equip maxi-scooters so designed to withstand the high stresses that the power of these vehicles generates. The target was achieved using the best materials on the market, in particular: high strength steel slider bushes, parts subject to friction coated with high surface finish chrome and pulleys made with specific aluminium. The scroll masses follow the same philosophy and are made from a high strength but low friction coefficient material which allows the user to limit wear and tear and enhances the smoothness and reliability.
