Charmed Life #3: Libby's Sweet Surprise Paperback – July 29, 2014

Had a great happy ending and am very glad she got two new friends!! Couldn't have written this book and better!! Goes along well with the first two and can't wait to read the next!!👍

My ten year old loves this series and I love the fact that she is actually sitting down with a book! I will keep buying them and hope there will be more as we are at book three!

My 11 year old daughter loves these books.

haven't got this yet it is for Christmas but i do think she will like them.

I am eight. I do think that as mostly 11 and 12 year olds will read this, they won't really care about the things I mention, but you never know. So, this is a cute book for older tweens, but maybe the 6-9 year old pretweens and the younger tweens (10 years old) might think it's a little strange.I was really frustrated that Libby's aunt and uncle MADE her work at the store. They do know child labor is illegal, right? I wouldn't have been frustrated if she wanted to and she did not HAVE to. Libby thinks that she and Rebecca are not true friends because they did not give each other a lot of stuff. So? It said they played together and had fun. That is more important than giving your friend a gift.Plus, there are 5 types of love (not the mushy kind). They are:GiftsPhysical touchTime togetherHelping them with somethingSaying nice stuff to themI think Rebecca likes to show her friendship by spending time with Libby, and Libby was just being spoiled and mean about it. Rebecca was just trying to be nice.Also, I don't think girls under 11 are going to understand thinking of 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 yr. olds as little. It says "Libby and Cedric threw candy to all of the little kids watching the parade." Just because you are watching a parade, does not mean you are little.So, this may sound like a dumb review, but I'd like lots of people to comment on it and share their own opinions. Thanks!

Once again charmed life has lived up on it's standards. Very good literature is used.
