Sweet really solved my desire for a dimmer in a small electrical box. Vera secure setup perfect

I ended up returning these as they did not fit my use case. They have a pretty good delay when dimming, and the dimming behavior is also erratic. I was using them on HomeSeer. They are also slightly thicker than the Aeotec mini dimmer that I used instead.

I have had this device for several months. From day one it has intermittently gone incommunicado requiring a power down to reset and get it back on the network.I have also found that getting it to handle the lights at the lower dimming levels did not work well. At the low levels the bulbs were off until about 20% and then they were significantly bright. I was not sure if it was the two Edison bulbs or the device. I have since replaced the device with a GE dimmer and the low dim levels work great.The worst part was the support. I contacted them thru Amazon and they asked me to email them directly. They had no technical fixes but did offer to replace them and then went dark. I eventually heard from then again but it was always 1 or more weeks to hear from them and then no commitment. Eventually they ran out the support clock and I am no longer able to get it replaced.Fortunately it is not expensive and the device I replaced it with is working really well.

I bought this for the deep-dimming capability which works really well. It dims all the way down to 1% which is pretty much a night-light level. I had no problems pairing and controlling it with a Vera Secure controller.Unfortunately, I couldn't get a Cooper Aspire RF9500 remote switch to associate with it on Group 1. A very fast response from customer service taught me that the ZW4001 module won't accept an association from an older non-Zwave Plus device -- the device has to be Zwave Plus.I had never had that problem with any of several brands of Zwave Plus wall switches/dimmers that I use. So I ordered a Fibaro FGD-212 module to see if it would meet my association need -- and it associated just fine with my RF9500.So 5 stars for the deep dimming and fast customer service, minus 1 star for not being backwards compatible for association.
