Packs, blends, shades & lines well
Not the best pen type machine on the market but it was affordable and I have to say that when I ran it at 7 volts on my critical atom power supply the needles had a pepper shading-like throw that I've seen in quality machine's. The motor, if it is a swiss motor which I believe it is, will be reliable. It has a authentication code you can scratch on the box and go on bigwasp's site and find out if what you have is genuine (mine was). The rca cord is very durable and the quality can compare to any other reputable brand. It came with everything in the description and work's extremely well with the bigwasp cartridge's. I tried the eztat2 carts and the needle stems didn't have a true taper length with the design, although I got them to work, I much preferred the bigwasp brand. People bash hummingbird in the industry but the first rechargeable battery is made for hummingbird and dragonfly rotaries to make them cordless and an artist named Lil B uses it and does phenomenal large pepper shading pieces so I can say they do the job. I know they have the spektra xion with fk irons but those boujee bastard's won't let non-shop address or "licensed tattooists", whatever the hell that means, purchase their machine's. In the state of Illinois all you need is a blood Bourne pathogen certificate to tattoo which is easy to obtain but they won't accept that but that is why we are here and take advantage to have opportunity in a greedy world and a grimey competitive industry. Nice machine. Operates smoothly so far and artist's in my social media page's use it too.

Best machine out there.
I’ve tried different pens at different price breaks; hand down this the best pen on the market. I’ve used this in my color and my soft gray work and this pen performs like Beast. The quality of this pen feels great in the hand. I can line line , color and shade with a simple cartridge change. I promise this will be one of your best go to machines you own!

Ok ok ok. Straight up game changer. This machine is amazing no vibration. The Swiss made motor is the smoothest out there. Packs in color like no other. Nicely balanced cartridges in and out with no hassle. This machine is pure quality. I highly recommend this pen above all. This is definitely top grade professional grade. I give it an A+ rating. They definitely put time and effort into this machine the design is flawless perfect weight. Idk about you other artist but I had issues with other pens weight. This machine is the only one your going to need. Check it out you will not be disappointed

Wow!! Gotta get this !
Ok first of all I'd like to say that I'm freaking amazed by this machine , I was skeptical at first being the price range and all , but man did this blow me away. The lines are solid , very quite , smoothest grey washes I've ever accomplished, and packs color seamlessly. If your on the fence about buying a pen machine , look no further , the bronc pen is dope AF. This coming from a 10yr exp. Tattoo artist that's had the better pens that are in 6 and 7 hundred dollar range , this by far keeps up if not even better , shout out to hummingbird for making such a quality machine at an affordable price

Good when it’s working
Well I love the machine, but the machine keeps cutting in and out when I’m using it. I do not know if it is the machine or the cord. It is so annoying though and hard to tattoo with when it goes in and out intermittently. Have replaced the cord and power supply so the issue is definitely this machine. Now this isn’t even in stock so I can’t even get an exchange......

This machine is quite possibly the best I have used
So I have started recently getting into the pen style tattoo machine. I have used a couple of different brands from the $200-$700 range. This machine is quite possibly the best I have used....I am still in the initial few weeks of testing with this machine but it is the best outlining pen style machine I have used. The only drawback I see with this machine is it is extremely powerful and takes a bit of adjusting to get smooth black and greys but that being said, outlining, color shading and sold color packing I have not found better yet. Lol.

Adjustment gap to big
Very nice for line and shading. The convenience of popping in and out cartridges makes things so easy. One issue I have that was not resolved to my satisfaction was the gap when adjusting my needle cartridges. There is more then a 2mm gap. Contacted Customer support via email, and was told just to rotate until desired length is reached..Don't know if this is an issue with anyone else or did I get a bad one?
