Faulty hardware and no manufacturer warranty.
Purchased from Amazon warehouse. Was heavily discounted so it sounded like a great buy but using it for first time I discovered that GPU drivers would not install and error code was present on GPU details, Nvidia software apps would also not work.Spent around 3hrs on Alienware support helpline with no solution and confirmed that GPU or motherboard might need to be replaced. Hardware connections or functions are likely to be faulty on this device. Also, warranty had expired in July 2020 which was not listed by Amazon.So this device has faulty GPU or motherboard and has no manufacturer warranty.Amazon was helpful in providing instant return but appalling for not listing these faults and details. Don't buy and look another model.

Great gaming machine, graphics are excellent
Just works out of the box, no stress getting started, could do without Macafee virus checker sending countdown to expiry of free trial messages!
