No elasticity at all. Very tight. Got it gor my daughter's school event. Had to put it on for her and she began to cry with headache. Unbelievably tight

I ordered for my 3 year old. Good quality elastic. Slightly tight for her but it might get alright with repeated usage. Price slightly on the higher side in my opinion.
