The attached photos show what you get. This is called the “Stingray Classic” and is made for motors 40 HP and above. It bolts on with four stainless steel bolts which are included. You will have to drill four holes in your outboard or stern drive. I’ve included a photo of my stern drive with the four holes drilled. The color of this looks almost black, especially when in the package. After taking it out, the color is really a very dark grey.
