We have been using this water filter for over a week now, and very happy with this product. We have always used a water filter jug and the hassle of cleaning it constantly, replacing the filters (which are REALLY expensive) and having it take space on the counter is just a pain.This filter was simple enough to attach to our existing tap. When first switching the tap on, leave it running for a couple of minutes to allow the water to run from black to clear.It has a switch on the side (toward the back of the filter) that is simply turned for either running tap water and flip it to the side to run filtered water (it is hidden and can’t be seen).We have been using it not just for drinking water but also filling the kettle and rinse the glasses and can notice a considerable difference and it tastes even better than using the filter jug in my opinion.I would say we live in quite a hard water area, so, as to how long the filter will last remains to be seen so will update my review down the line.The tap initially dripped for a couple of hours and I thought we were going to have an issue with it but it stopped and it works great and I am very happy with this filter.

The seal is incomplete and the water sprays from it, halving what comes out of the unit.Most disappointed and am ready to remove and throw it away!IF there was a washer that worked, it would have benefited all of us for them to include it.Another point, the screw on male part where it joins my faucet is almost impossible to remove without damaging the unit. It sits stuck on the thread of my faucet.Sadly, I shall have to use mole grips, thus damaging the unit, as I NEED MY TAP WORKING 100% not 20% (marks deducted for all the water that sprays around my kitchen from the dodgy seal!VERY hard to fit and DISRUPTIVE!!(I am currently usung the tap in the bathroom)

I’m enjoying this product. Water is definitely better tasting and cleaner looking. It was not straightforward to install..the adaptor that technically should have worked with my faucet was leaking. I got pretty frustrated, but I’m the end, I tried the universal adapter and it works perfectly!! I wish the instructions were a bit more detailed...wasn’t sure if I was breaking the adapter or following instructions.In the end it, the process was in fact easy, no leaking, and the water is great.Excited to be saving money on bottled water and not using so much plastic.Great value for money.

After dealing with filling up a jug all the time I decided to try one of these and it's great! So easy to instal and use. You do have to run it through like it says for about 10secs, but it's way easier than a filter jug and then tastes good. I fill my kettle up with it and have now stopped buying bottled water to drink, so it also saves you money x

We managed to set it up okay but the water wasn't filtered at all. We just use a normal filter now.Was really hoping it would be something special as our water is very hard.Plus side is that it looks kool. If only it did the job.

I couldn't drink the water on the tap for too long as it left a weird taste not fully quenching my thirst. With this thing I can drink it with no problems now. No difference in taste after 3 months but I'm thinking of changing the filter - don't know how easy it will be

This looks stylish and has good reviews, however, the quality of the attachments are not good and water sprays everywhere when tap turned on. I cannot contact supplier for advice and Amazon haven’t been any support either so the whole item has been binned. I’ve even been to other stores to try and replace certain parts to see if this helps but the pieces are unavailable.Sorry, but this is my experience!

leider musste ich den Artikel zurückschicken, da für deutsche Maße offenbar kein passender Adapter zu bekommen ist, auch nicht im Fachhandel! Außerdem ist die Gebrauchsanleitung nur auf englisch. Da komme ich mit zurecht, aber es sollte für den deutschen markt auch eine deutschsprachige Anleitung beiliegen. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Un énorme changement de goût, l'eau était imbuvable à cause du chlore depuis l'installation de ce filtre nous n'achetons plus d'eau en bouteille .Ma question est de savoir si le filtre est à changer et ou le trouver?.

Ce produit est très bien, toutefois la cartouche de filtre est introuvable, ni sur amazon, contrairement à la réponse donnée par WaterQueen, ni sur le site water queen..il faut racheter un nouveau filtre qui est livré avec une cartouche tous les 6 mois..pas très économique et surtout pas sérieux du tout.

Appareil facile à installer livré avec différent adaptateurs devrait s'installer facilement sur des robinets divers pas de fuite une fois en place....Cependant une petite documentation en français serait sympathique ...Mais je répète ce serait un plus car l'installation est vraiment très simple....A voir le fonctionnement dans le temps notamment la durée de vie de la cartouche

Très bon produit que je recommande, effectivement il n'y a plus de particules et de calcaire qui apparaissent par exemple dans mon réservoir de cafetière ou bouilloire grâce au filtre
