I've been looking for food grade ginger oil for a while, I really like the hot ginger taste of some Asian ginger candy and good Jamaican style ginger beer. Alas this didn't provide that experience, but it was still a tasty ginger flavor. So far I've tried the ginger and the lemongrass added to my grape and citrus based drink mixes. Both are quite tasty.The only complaint i have so far is with excess packaging. The 4 pack of drops come in a large box, which contains a smaller box for each vial. All four vials could probably fit in one of the smaller inside boxes.Looking forward to trying the chai spice and cardamom drops in hot tea soon.I'd be interested in trying some of the other drops this company has. There was a list of several others.

We love all 4 flavors. I’ve been adding them to my tea every day. I use ginger, chai, and cardamom in PG Tips black tea and lemongrass in all sorts of green teas. They’re great in juice, too: ginger in carrot juice, cardamom in peach or pear juice, and chai in apple juice or cider. It only takes 1-2 drops per cup/glass so they last a long time. They’re also really good in homemade ice cream.

I suffer from issues with oxalate and kidney issues too. What does that have to do with these spice drops? Glad you asked. These spice drops are like having all the flavors of my favorite spices but none of the trouble and oxalate for my kidneys. I can make some of my favorite foods again. They are so flavorful and so easy to cook with. I hope they come out with many more.

So far I’ve tried two drops - the chai and lemongrass - and I like them! It’s a nice way to mix up my daily drink flavor. Happy with purchase.

These are very nice for tea. It does not require time for steeping, and the flavor is great!

This stuff in incredible. All the spice drops have very strong flavor and aroma, so just a few drops goes a long way. My favorite is the tea collection, which has four flavors (cardamom, chai spices, ginger and lemongrass). we are now addicted to these spice drops.Love the turmeric, saffron, paprika and red chili drops as well. They render great color and gives instant fresh taste to the dish. I Prepared vegetable stew using these spice drops, It turned out delicious.I love the fact that these natural extracts are made from the raw spices and no artificial coloring.Worth every single penny. will definitely buy again.
