My kitties LOVE these turkey hearts!
I have two cats and they both go crazy for these turkey hearts! This is one of their favorite snacks. I use them as training rewards and also to get them back into the house after hanging out in the backyard (otherwise, it's hard to get them back into the house). The turkey hearts are packed with a silica gel pack to keep them dry in the bag, so we haven't had any pieces that are damp or feel moist. I would say one minor drawback is that some of the pieces are a bit big (maybe better for a dog) so I need to break them in half, but they do advertise this for both dogs and cats, so I can't complain too much. The other drawback is that they are a bit pricey, so I use them a bit sparingly. Otherwise, two big paws up!

Chicken Hearts?
My pets like them but they don't look like chicken hearts. Some of them resembled hearts but look more like liver. I raise chickens and the ones that did look like hearts were bigger than normal.. I had another brand and when I opened them they were definitely freeze dried chicken hearts. One more thing they look more dehydrated with some kind of coating than freeze dried, in other words they were soft not crunchy.

He goes nuts over these
Oh holy cow! I bought these for my Chihuahua that has congestive heart failure. Based on the ‘whatever is weak is what you should eat’ theory I thought these would be an excellent treat for him. What I wasn’t prepared for was how much he absolutely loves them. He’s become a very picky eater since he developed heart issues but he never turns these down. I’m sure he would eat the whole bag every time if I would give it to him. I’ve never seen him so crazy about a treat for food in all the time I’ve had him.

TERRIBLE Package Lettering!!! IMPOSSIBLE to read!
My low review is not about the treats themselves which my dog loves but for the HORRIBLE INVISIBLE lettering on the packaging, white letters on shiny orange!!!???? REALLY??? How this could be allowed into production for such a great product (according to my shih tzu) just blows the (human) mind. Seriously, I want to know what the company may be informing us about the treats and/or recommendations! The photo is absolutely what you get...ridiculous!

It is absolutely what it says it is
I think I was expecting larger pieces of chicken as these are so small my dogs can’t really eat them. And, they definitely can’t be given them as a treat in the traditional sense or they would be left as crumbs on the floor. Maybe we just need to adapt and use our bowls. I teetered on a 3 or 4. I was just taken off guard. I have purchased dry food previously. One opinion should not sway all and you should give the product a chance. That is what I don’t like about Amazon reviews as I don’t want to hurt this seller. I am just sharing one experience.

Beef Liver and Turkey Hearts Are Great!
I really love the Turkey hears and beef liver for training treats. The chicken hearts are really greasy. Not sure if they should be like that. Greasy & crumbly. Won’t carry those in my pocket or treat bag. Would make a real mess. The taste of all 3 is loved by my dogs. Just was amazed at the difference in the chicken heart. Have kept that in their glass treat jar in the kitchen. Just can’t carry on me.

Our Papillion loves these!
Morning treat after taking care of business outside. Treat as she goes to crate as we leave house (crate always open). She definitely loves them, sometimes thinking she needs another as reward for something she did, and will sit close to the jar on the counter, look earnestly in the jar's direction, and let out a slight whimper/whine, as in "don't you see me? I did good and deserve another!!"

Held no appeal for one kitty
These things were so hard, my cat, who eats out of the trash, sniffed at them, and turned up his nose. And walked away. This was after the attempt at rehydration. I feel bad giving less stars as presentation is fine, but he seemed to be saying these snacks were less than tasty and that meant another expensive fail for me. Now excuse me while I take his little whiskered face out of the ricotta cheese container....
