Bought several of these in different sizes, for my boys to wear to my mums funeral.My youngests one arrived today, on first glance, it looks nice and smart.Taking out of the package, i notice the sleeve cuff thats folded round to the front, has all loose, short, broken stitching 😔Before buying i did check alot of the reviews, which most seemed happy but recommended to get a size smaller.My son is 6.5yrs and so i got a 5-6 altho alot of this size is getting bit small/tight on him slightly, but the shirt is still a tiny bit big, the sleeves are long as in, he has room to move, nothing pulling.and it wont irritate him (if its tight)But the body is quite wide. Sticks up out the back.. 🙄The cuff part is slightly tight on his wrist, altho he is slightly small for his age 🤨 ..but might just be because hes not used to shirts.Id say that 5-6 should be at least remarked to age 7..at least. Maybe even 8y?🤔 as said he is slightly small for his age, the bottom of the shirt comes half way down his thigh 🙄 ...he is 44inch tall (3ft 8inch)It feels of a nice quality, its more a slightly stiff material but stil soft to the touch.Appart from the body being bit wide, and the one sleeve cuff with stitching abit messed up, im happy with it, and so my boys should all match... my boy likes it and said, he cant wait to make nanny proud 😭

My son is an average sized 12 year old and this is a little baggy on him. Large around the neck and long in the sleeves.

My son is 11 and average size for his age group. I ordered his size but it was huge, so tried the 9-10 year size instead. Fitted better on the shoulders but the sleeves were still far too long, and the body of the shirt was really wide which was no good for my son as he is very slim around the torso. I would have ordered a slim fit version of this shirt if they had one, size issues aside, it's a very nice, smart looking shirt. Oh and it creases very easily too.

Very happy with the shirt and it’s material is duplicate of any other shirt brought from other high end fashion brands. I was abit wary from purchasing from here as I usually buy from designer brands but could not find a black shirt in their range and needed one for a funeral. I ordered age 3, my boy usually wears age 4, but it was still alittle big so I recommend buying this shirt but in 2 sizes smaller

Good quality formal shirt for my 14 yr old for a reasonable price

Great for music concerts, but age 13 is more of an age 15 in M&S sizing.
