Reviewers posting short comments about what it does for there coffee, but how about Keto Diet reviews??I'm looking to loose body fat (not necessarily weight) and build muscle from working out hard. Not buy this as an expensive coffee creamer.

I have been using this product for a month already , most of the fat I am experiencing is in the wasteline area ,, I only weigh 117.6 lbs I have never had any issues with belly fat although I am in my 50's do I need to except this belly fat or is there something I can do ?I though that the Keto Elevate from Biotrust would be the solution to my belly fat . Needless to say it isn't working for me I have been drinking this twice daily everyday I still have belly fat.. It hasn't increased or decreased ,, I don't understand why it isn't working , and for mental clarity I can't attest to that either . Even though there are a lot of good reviews that others are being helped , it doesn't work for everyone unfortunately were all very different and results may vary.I bought this after reading reviews had I read mine I wouldn't have purchased this product.However I am not saying this will not work for you , that's why I only purchased one bag , it does taste great and makes a nice coffee creamer , although I would encourage you to start off with a half scoop instead of a full scoop , I took a full scoop of the product and I had stomach up set ,"I didn't let that discourage me I waited till next day , a half of scoop this time and worked my way up to the full dosage one scoop each dosage .. I was taking it twice daily no problems from that moment on , no more stomach upset..You should try it , it could work for you wishing you the best .

This product checked all the boxes for me. It says it supports mental clarity--CHECK; increased energy--CHECK; decreased appetite--CHECK; keto adaptation--still in ketosis--CHECK! And although it says tasteless and odorless, I can't help but feel like my cup of coffee tastes better with a scoop of this in there.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great taste even when mixed into water only. It"s creamy and slightly sweet. I make my own coffee creamer with coconut cream and a few other keto friendly items. I'm now adding Keto Elevate which enhances the creamy smoothness. I use it straight as a creamer in my coffee at work. The only problem I have with it is the high price.

I couldn't use it. Within 30 minutes after using this product, I would start to feel jittery and would take a headache. It would last a couple of hours.

Agree w others, like product but too expensive.

I love this product it’s not lumpy like the other creamer that I tried it blends well the taste is very good I have just ordered some more only issues that I have is the price If the company could lower the price and/or make it a subscription item I would be All for subscribing.

Love, but can get cheaper in bulk on company site.
