The cup kept leaking even though the lid was screwed on properly, and the insulating wrap-around layer had no effect so the cup was far too hot to hold. Low quality, poorly designed. I do not recommend this product.

The cup looks great and keeps your drink warm for longer than a regular mug. I had no issues holding the cup while it contained the hot liquid. I bought a thermal cup from wilko and this leaked which led me to finding a new cup. No leaks with this one. Also it feels safer to use around my toddler in comparison to an open cup.

The wretched rubber cap is REALLY DIFFICULT to put on after filling the mug with coffee.Drinking coffee through rubber is awful.The rubber insulator ring rapidly heats up making it very hot to hold.I bought it because I approve of using bamboo for the cup, but I would NEVER buy this as it is presently.

Nice size and style. Keeps drinks warm same as any other cup but not insulated so if looking for something that keeps warm for long time, do not buy. Rubber ring means can hold cup without burning hand.

Fabulous travel mug, just what I needed for university. It is light weight but hard wearing and keeps my tea lovely and hot

Great for keeping liquid in. Feel good that I'm doing my bit to save the planner. Glad it's dishwasher proof too.

Used this on holiday to take hot drinks on the beach. WARNING the outside gets hot. Had to put in container to carry.

Bought as a gift and therefore not used myself. Unable to comment but seems very good quality at a great price.
