Unfortunately did not work
The directions are no help at all. This is either a Chinese or Japanese product with terrible translated directions. I could not get the unit to communicate with my phone at all. The gpsone app that I downloaded tracked my phone not the device. I could clearly see my phone moving wherever I moved. I could not get any of the tracking or features to work. I also tried going to the stated website listed in the directions however it did NOT display any English options. Tried to research if the seller had any contact info but no luck there either... very frustrating!

Don't waste your time
I returned this product because it did not work. I purchased, activated and installed the SIM card as instructed, but neither the APP nor SMS messages worked. I spent hours reading online and working with this because the instructions are very poorly written. They have been translated using translation software.

My tracker does not work.....I am so hurt r
i order a talis us new gps tracker, it did not come with the information i need to work it. I can not pear it to my phone, I can not use it in anyway. it just came in a little bag. I don't know what I can do with it and that is 50.00 that i can not use now. I am so hurt. I can’t use this advice no kind of way. I don’t even know how to send it back cause the little bag was thrown away, no directions or nothing I can use.

Not a good product
Would not recommend it at all. Everything was in Chinese.

Works fine since day one
I'm actually using this for my son when he's at school. It makes me feel at ease every time I know his exact whereabouts. I never encountered any compatibility and pairing issues with this tool. It has been working fine since day one.

Very false advertising
This item requires the purchase of several other pieces to make it operational

Misleading claim
You cannot simply add a sim card, you must regularly pay for service from the company who provides the sim card. Claims no monthly fees, no activation fees, free app, but product will not work unless you purchase service from another company.
