Great color, Dims nicely, A bit on the noisy side
I ordered four of these bulbs and just finished installing them. Here's what I found:The Good: In my opinion, this is a great substitute for a 60 watt incandescent bulb in terms of color and brightness. The Not So Good: I found that when used on a dimmer, they buzz. Three out of the four bulbs had this problem. I planned to use a couple of these bulbs in the bedroom nightstands, but the buzz was far too noticeable. I also noted that it takes about half a second to turn on once the power is applied, which is something that doesn't bother me personally, but thought that it should be mentioned here. For what it's worth, I have also purchased several (6) Philips dimmable LED bulbs in the past and found all of those to be buzz free when dimmed. The Philips bulbs look a bit strange with the yellow 'bulb' (when unlit), but they work very well, and have a nice warm color when lit. After buying these Tuwago bulbs, I plan to buy Philips LED bulbs in the future, even though they are a bit more expensive.

No noise, dimming is wonderful, bright!
Initial impressions 2012:These are everything I expect from a light bulb and more. They seem even brighter than my 65w incandescents, don't hum when they're on (dimmed or on full) where the incandescents make noise, take way less power, and the dimming is full-range and beautiful even down to extremely low levels. I'm probably going to buy some more.Update 9/25/2016:Just had one fail after an estimated 12,000-15,000 hours of use. These don't seem to last the claimed number of hours.

Decent Bulb for areas that need "DayLight" type lighting.
I was going to use these in ceiling light in my office but 2 things stopped this. One they run warm and thus do not have enought air cirulation aroung the bulb in my Office ficture. To they failed the Wife test in term of being to cool. So We moved the bulb around untill we could find a home for them. Found that they were somewhat directional (but other bulbs far worse in this area) so put them in ceiling lights and mirror sconces that would benifit from the light type and beam type provided. Most likely will not purchase again but woudl be suitable for use in art area, bathroom Sconces and other areas that have a more direction light and have enought air curulation around bulb for cooling.

Didn't dim properly. Very slight change in the amount of light.
Not good. Ended up just using them in a non dimmable application. Very slight change in the way they actually dimmed, certainly in comparison to a standard incandescent bulb.

Good color
We've tried various replacements for incandescents, this is the first LED we've found that had good color, and light equivalent to more power-hungry incandesents.Looks solidly made. We'll see how long it lasts to justify the price.I used four stars rather than five in part because I expect prices to drop further soon, and because the ultimate value depends on its longevity, which is unknown.

Inferior LED Bulb
I bought three of these in 2012, one failed within a few months, a second just failed. For $20 a pop, the first cost me about $19 in loss, the second at least $15. If the third makes it another 15 years it will have been worth it. I thought it was going to fail first though, because it has been blinking off for a few seconds every 5-15 minutes since I installed it.Conversely, I bought a 4 pack of Philips, also for use with dimmers, that had less restrictions, to use in my enclosed lighting fixtures in the kitchen. Those probably see more usage than the three Tuwagos, and they are functioning flawlessly.

Good light quality
I am using these in R-20 recessed cans; I wanted a dimmable, bright, bulb with high quality light, and these work perfectly so far. I had not found a regular par-20 LED bulb that met my requirements and was reasonably priced. These A-19s fit very nicely; I'm hoping the can is not too small to vent the heat sink. I would say they are brighter than the advertised 60W equivalent; the color is a nice bright white light that is not harsh. I wish they did not print bulb info on the top of the bulb (the part you can see looking up at them), but it is faint printing that is not visible when on and only barely visible when off. One note on pricing: I bought 2 batches of these about 3 weeks apart. The first cost a little under $15 each, and the second cost $5 more for each. I was shocked at the price increase, but the high quality make them still a good deal compared to many others that are higher priced.

So far the best LED bulbs from a color and brightness standpoint
I thought the Philips 409904/423343 - BC12A19/AMB/2700-800 DIM Dimmable LED 12.5 Watt Light Bulb -- Lasts 22.8 Years was the best compared to other LEDs because the light from it was not so bright white, but this Tuwago light beats the Philips hands down. Not only is it brighter (I know that they have the same rated lumens, but I'm telling you they appear much brighter) but also the color is more consistent with incandescent bulbs. It's not perfect but of the six different LED bulbs I've tried (both A19 and Par 30) this bulb is my favorite. I've already got three and will be getting two more to use in the areas that I use the most. I'll save those Philips bulbs for lamps because they work better in a nightstand lamp due to them not being nearly as bright as the Tuwago and the lamp shade helps correct the color output of the Philips bulb.On additional note. These bulbs work fine with Insteon dimmers.
