So I just bought an HP Spectre 13 and was reading on forums that only certain hubs would work with this laptop without throwing errors. Unfortunately a lot of those hubs are $100+.I found this hub on Amazon, and before I spent a bunch more money I decided to try this. This hub was plug and play. Charging works perfectley and no errors from the laptop. I am using the ethernet port for internet, HDMI to my larger monitor. Very happy i gave this a shot. For those of you with HP Spectres that have read the same nightmares I have regarding having to use certain hubs. Know that this is a chearper option that works!Would recommend!

nuff said. Although it is really easy for travel use.

It's a decent product, but the USB-C port doesnt pick up my external harddrive.
