The device is one size so it doesn't completely seal the nostril unless I push it in further. It falls out when I sleep and I place it back if I wake up. It does work most of the time. When it doesn't, I suspect it hasn't made a good seal. I use it turned up, so that it doesn't touch my lip. Each morning I wash the ends and leave it to dry. What I didn't like was a light smell when I wear it, but that goes away in a minute or two. It's the only thing that keeps me from wanting to wear it. I would still recommend the device, it's easy to carry when I travel, and I have even used it in the plane. I wish there was a way to have replacement tips or something that didn't need cleaning.

Got what I paid for. Just a cheap product.

Very uncomfortable, it pinches the middle of the nose causing it to be unbearable to wear. Also very uncomfortable having the item tickling your upper lip every time you move. I found a few practically unnoticeable and invisible options that work far better as devices to wear while sleeping.The reviews here gave the impression this was customizable, and not just one size. Wish I’d bought a kit that had a variety of size options instead.

My nose was very sore from using the device for just an hour. The smell was awful. I tried washing it but the chemical smell still remained. It would not stay in my nose during the night. There were no instructions on how to clean the product or how it was supposed to work.I would not recommend this device.

Was ok comfortable. Didn’t help me too much but I think I need a machine 🤷‍♂️

It didn’t work and it is very hard to wear. I would never buy again.
