The panels and wind generator shipped seperately and one box of the panels didn't show up right away. Customer service was fast and easy to work with to resolve the issue.The panels seem like nice quality but we have yet to install and run the system.Wiring the system could you better instructions though.

Not really a complete kit.
I haven't installed the kit yet but it seems to be pretty good for the money. Anyone buying this should know it not a complete kit. It lacks the solar panel tie down clips and the one and only solar cable does not have any junctions to tie the panels together and then to the controller. I thought that because it was a kit it would tell me what was need for a basic start up to get you up and running. Also there is nothing in a way of a start up cable for the wind turbine. I will know more later.

Did not specify needed batterys and inverter and did not let me know how to set up or even offer me to upgrade package
