Missing wrench, but great tool.
Love the product. Directions leave much, much to be desired, but you can figure it out. Most disappointing aspect was that it arrived, missing the supplied (supposed to be supplied) wrench. The wrench was nowhere to be found. I was able to use my own wrenches to get the kids accomplished though. Just hope the the supplier will read this and send a wrench to me so that the set is then complete.

Best tool to have in the shop! Saved tons of work with threaded nutserts & came with both SAE & Metric. Love it!!!

10 - 24 Broken
This is a good design but the Interchangeable Chrome-molybdenum Steel mandrels might not be able to withstand repeated use. The 10 - 24 mandrel broke during only the ninth rivet nut installation. I expected the mandrels to last for more than one job. I'm not sure how I'm going to get a replacement mandrelTwo days after I e-mail Thorbuyys about the broken mandrel I received a reply. The representative who responded is David. He is replacing the mandrel at no cost to me. Thank you for the quick response to my problem. GREAT customer satisfaction!!

Awesome tool
I bought this kit for one nut insert. It cost me $70.00 but was worth every penny. Tool worked great. Small learning curve because instructions were a little vague, but I figured it out.

Good product
Tool works very good. I have installed 10 of the riv nuts that came with the package. (10mm and 8mm). I have purchased aluminum riv nuts and installed 10 of them. (10mm and 8mm)Would recommend if you needed to install multiple riv nuts.

Should have bought this years ago.
Been using this for 2 weeks without any issues. Sets nuts quickly and effortlessly. Well worth the money. Will never go back to my original method of installing rivnuts.

Mandrel Stud Snapped!
First try the 10/24 snapped off. I would speculate that the threaded stud was flawed. I used some of the other mandrels without any issues. Would be awesome if the shipper could send a replacement.

Neat tool
Once you figure out how to used it works great. I've used it to mount a coil and b&m shifter and a ignition box. Makes your work look nice and clean.
