Queen Conch/Pink Conch

The shell I received is beautiful from the front, but as mentioned by another reviewer, it has some kind of putty/patch on the outside. The color of the putty makes it obvious that it's a patch. I still like the shell, but since they advertise them as having no visible holes or flaws, I think it should be known that they will patch an existing hole and sell it as perfect. Not quite as impressed as I originally was.* I just read an update from the seller to another customer explaining that the hole is normal, and is where the conch is pushed out of the shell during the harvesting process. They patch it to cover that hole. SO, I guess it's fine. It would have been nice to know that's why it looked like it was patched in the first place. Still a very beautiful shell, and it's mainly the inside that's on display anyway. :)

Very beautiful very happy

Very fast shipping, arrived earlier than predicted. It was packaged securely and not damaged at all during shipment which I had been worried about. At first glance it looks gorgeous, shiny on the pink inside, and it's larger than expected which was nice. But there's an obvious patch job on the outside of the shell (see picture) which was very disappointing. The description said they are cleaned and polished, but doesn't mention patching holes, and I expected better quality.

I am extremely pleased with the purchase of this conch shell. I was worried that it would be damaged during shipment, but it was really packed properly. The shell was more beautiful than I expected and it now is prominently on display on our patio. Very, very happy with it.

Beautiful, can't stop looking at it. Feel like I've been to the caribbean. Its perfect with no flaws. Great buy.

the Conch was very much as advertised in terms of size, color and the lip, however is has a 1 1/2'' chip right in front,the advertisement said it had none.

Beautiful shell. Very large and it is as depicted in photo. Seller packed the shell very well. No damage. Looks beautiful in our eclectic home! You will love this purchase!
