Low quality. The straps broke after two weeks. The zipper on one of the sides broke in a month. After a month and a halve it started to break in front where the computer fits in.

We purchased this based on the good reviews but after a few weeks of use ( 5 weeks). Zipper broke and the handle hard to pull. (see attached image). I contacted the seller as I cannot find the manufacturer of this bag for warranty. Let us see if the seller will respond about product warranty.

Bought for my son for forth grade, let's just say it's ok. We arent even a full 5 months in and the bag has a tear in it. The handle seems loose. Bag is not worth what I spent to last at least the school year.

The weight of the bag is very light, the material feels very strong, wheel is also very strong. Best of all, it could fit in a lot of stuff, huge space inside.

I travelled between San Francisco to Las Vegas a lot. Most of my business trips take about 3-4 days. What I like about this bag isThe size of this bag is just right for my 4 days business trip. It surely helped me ease a little bit my back and shoulder pressure.

I like it it’s a little bit bulky but it’s perfect for all his books and folders for this coming middle school years..
