This work great for nutrients for my mushrooms

I bought this to use in my sourdough bagel recipe. I also find myself substituting it for part or all of the sugar in pancakes, cookies and other things I'm baking. You do need to transfer it to an airtight container, or put it in a huge ziplock bag. Good value and I will be buying more when I run low. Great product, fast shipping. Thanks.

Great malt taste. Use it in blender with dates and almond milk for a shake.

Highly recommended product –just wish it came in a bottle or container that would be easier to reseal but it came in a completely airtight bag to keep moisture out!! Would by again for my beer brewing needs!!

Great Malt extract. Naturally, in ice cream to make an old fashion malted, but so many other ways of using this product. We love it, no problems with it turning hard as a rock, just keep it in an air tight container as recommended.

Got the order and opened it up to a big cloud of DME, pulled the bag out and dumped about 20 grams of Malt Extract all over my counter and floor. My girlfriend was not amused.
