Please see my review of the Kisan pathfinder too. This unit modulates the brake light on a Yamaha Super Tenere (and others, I'm sure). If you isolate the wires going to the taillight (it's a pain on this bike, have to remove seats, seat carriers, even the ABS cover) just splice this unit inline on the yellow wire.Works great for keeping drivers around you more alert. I also use it when stopped, and there's someone approaching from behind me. I release the brake momentarily then squeeze it again to cause the light to begin another cycle (degrading to steady on after 4 seconds). I believe this helps alert approaching drivers that I am stopped. Every little bit of driver awareness is good - right?
