I use this product for prevention of inflammation that could lead to a stroke. I would never want to suffer a stroke and they run in my family. A little expensive, but works for my arthritis with circumin and for your brains health as well. A twofer! Usually only take 2 pils per day-1 at breakfast and the other at lunch, the label says to take 3 daily, but I’ve noticed no difference by taking this pill vs the circumin pill I used to take just for arthritis.
