So… we didn’t know that, lol! I’m sure a lot of people do. It was surprise to me. Also, I wasn’t able to pay for all of the balloons to be inflated. At Publix here, it cost me $32 to get that done. They’re very nice quality. Even the guy that blew them up for me said that. So, I was happy! The only disappointment was how much it cost to get them inflated. (which was way more than the cost of the package) 😳🙄

The value for the money was great however I wish the kit included a straw to inflate with. I used what I had available and the star shaped balloons were thin and torn half of them when inserting even after tearing one and being extremely careful.I used gorilla tape to patch and reinforce around the stem.This pack, a little streamer and a banner made our small at home party a memorable one.

I blew the numbers and letters up with air, not helium. A straw was included so you can blow them up yourself if you want to. The bottoms are sealable, so you can add more air as needed. Everything in the kit was as advertised and looked fantastic. My son's birthday party was a week before his high school graduation and the balloons matched his school colors. I was able to mix and match the accent balloons included with this set with other decorations for both parties due to the classic/basic colors included. That helped me out and simplified my shopping. It was greatly appreciated. :) Then my birthday rolled around a couple days later and the balloons were still looking great. A week later, my husband's co-worker celebrated his 50th birthday. The Happy Birthday letters were still like new, so he was able to reuse them for his office. These balloons lasted through 3 birthdays and 1 graduation. 4 wins!

It was easy to inflate. They are not very good quality though, they started to get foggy and ugly later on at night. Could honestly get a better bunch of balloons with more in the pack from another company but like I said overall they are simply ok. 👍🏽

This worked beautifully no issues with the product. Assembling for me was difficult simply because I made it that way. Don’t be like me. Look at the picture and use the ribbon provided and string the happy birthday letters through the top holes provided. Lol. I will say this when you open the package and lay out the letters it may not look like it reads happy Birthday, it does some of them look different until you inflate it’s just the way some of the parts of the letters meet each other. Used rolled tape to reinforce the back. Didn’t even use all the balloons. Used a balloon time helium tank from Walmart just go slow so they don’t puncture or pop. It will not fill all the balloons so use the tank for the ones you want to float and secure the aluminum ones :) There are plenty. Very satisfied with a fancy look on an Amazon budget :)

Ordered this for my son's 18th birthday- This was just enough to decorate 2 different rooms in my house for his party, looked very festive! I didn't use helium, just blew them up and hung on mantle in one room as a centerpiece and the same in another, very easy to do also! Although helium would have been better to have, there is more than enough product to have bunches of balloons everywhere!! Would definitely buy again!

This was a great buy. I didn't use some of the balloons as my daughter only wanted silver and black and kept it simple. This package comes with alot so now I have extra for the next bday. I purchased an air balloon machine on Amazon for 20.00 and wow it made it so much easier to blow up in seconds. Worth looking into.

The latex balloons inflated & floated well, but most of the foil balloons inflated, but would not float. A few of the foil stars wouldn’t inflate at all, due to problems with the valves. Ended up with a “1” that would float & an “8” that I had to hang next to the “1” & rig to look as if it were floating next the the “1”. One of the foil letters ripped immediately as I tried to inflate it & most of the other letters wouldn’t float at all. I would think it could be the helium, but all of the latex balloons floated fine.
