Toyganizer Bath Toy Organizer, Dark Blue

I have been meaning to review this for a long time. We ordered this months ago and it is still holding up like the first day we got it. Customer service was jaw dropping ah-ma-zing. Every once and a while you come across customer service that goes far beyond customer service and they even lost some money with me. Let me explain. I did not pay attention to the whole, "your tub cannot be textured" thing and ordered it anyway, thinking it would work with either the blue hooks or the suction cups. Unfortunately, it did not work and I thought I had wasted my time. The owner or representative from the company emailed me and asked me if the product worked for me. I told him the truth and he confirmed it was because of my textured tub (although he did offer some suggestions if I wanted to get it fixed). He offered me a full refund or he said he could send me some Command bath hooks and those work on anything. So he mailed me another package with the command hooks and emailed me tracking for them and everything. It was insane. I NEVER would expect such customer service from a bath net product. I wish every company was like this.The product itself is made from a slightly harder net material, not like stretchy, cheap fabric. The edges seem pretty strong. The whole thing has kept it's shape the whole time I've had it and doesn't look cheap or ugly in my bathtub, which yes, I care about that. Best bang for your buck right here!

I am so glad I ordered this Toyganizer. Before I did, my kid's darn bath toys were all over the tub. Now they hang on this nice blue mesh bag. The bag allows them to drip and air dry. No more icky, slimy, moldy toys so far.I have shower walls that look like tile but are not. Vinyl, maybe? Initially, I had issues getting the attached suction cups to stick to the wall. I cleaned the area with alcohol but they kept falling off after a few minutes. Then, I used the extra hook suction cups (included with the order) and after a few hiccups, they are now holding strong (for over a week now). Use the hook suction cups. The clear suction cups attached to the organizer help as reinforcement to take pressure off of the hook suction cups. Contact the seller for some troubleshooting if you need to. They'll be glad to help you.This is a high quality made product. I inspected it closely and it seems to have strong seams. I have a lot of wet toys hanging in this thing and it holds them well. It is surprisingly roomy too.The seller wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. They will follow up to ensure everything is great. I appreciated that a lot.Overall, I am 100% satisfied with this order. One of my best shopping decisions. I recommended it to some family and friends.

The blue super strong hooks make this a 5 star review. I am not using this item for toys but rather for my products - I have zero shelving in my bath/shower so this is a simple and awesome solution!Took a bit of elbow grease to flip the (blue) hooks into their "super suction" mode. I have about 4 normal sized fairly heavy products in there (shampoo, conditioner, face wash, etc.) and I hang my hair towels or a wash cloth on the hooks. It is not going anywhere!The clear suction cups did not work on my tile which seems pretty plain, hardly textured. Did not hold up with all those products but probably fine for light toys. The fabric loops of organizer are looped into the clear suction cups so you have to cut the clear cups off (not the loops) if you do not want to use the clear ones. I didn't want to cut anything so I just smooshed the clear ones underneath the blue ones for extra support.The sellers checked in with me frequently to make sure I was satisfied and ready to remedy if I wasn't. Another 5 stars for them.

We use this to store toys for a 5yo boy and 1yo boy. It might be a bit too heavy, because the regular suction cups don't hold it up on our tile - it kept slipping to the grout and then falling into the tub. The extra strength suction cups work very well though, and were sent free along with the product. They lock into place and have a hook for the bag's straps to hang from. These suction cups have slipped or fallen a few times, but we might have too many toys in it. Regardless, the company's customer service is fantastic - they emailed when the product shipped and after I got it to give me a point of contact if I had any issues. When I said the original clear suction cups didn't work, the customer service representative said they would send more locking suction cups if I needed them. Highly recommend them!

For some reason, suction cups never want to stick in my shower. The instructions in the package recommended wiping surface with rubbing alcohol first and it stuck perfectly the first try. The bonus suction cups that comes with it are so unbelievably strong! Love everything about this bag, it was bigger than I expected, so all of my sons toys fit into this. I had purchased a more expensive bag from babies-r-us and mold started growing in it, with this I don't have to worry about it!Before I received the package, I got an email from the company saying how much they want me to love my purchase and that if there were ANY problems with any part of it to contact them and they would make sure it was fixed quickly. When the package arrived there was a note inside that showed how much pride they take in their products and how much they want their customers to be satisfied. You don't see that very much these days and I really appreciate their extra effort!
