These headphones are great quality, comfortable and solid. They offer clear sound and the adjustments and controls are easy to access. I have the Killer B Optima II and it has a volume control on each ear piece. I have had these for two years andthe ear muffs- advertised as lamb skin wore out, cracking and looking really ugly. I wrote the manufacture, a guy thatmakes these in his garage and is doing a pretty good job as these headphones are superb. Compared to the Gray Ghost, the supposed standard, these phones are right there. I was a bit disappointed with the quick break down of the muff -- like I said I havehad these for two years but the break down began much earlier. I finally pulled them off and bought a cheap stick on type that is working and does not seem to be so sensitive to my sweaty ears. When I contacted Bob (?) he told me I should beusing some kind of leather treatment -- really? I a not wearing a saddle -- So, if you buy these excellent phones plan on buying a cheapmuff replacement sometime after the first year. I know, Lamb's skin sounds so cool but not very practical.
