Be aware that if you buy from Amazon Plushbeds will not honor the 100 night guarantee. I guarantee that if you buy this mattress you will wake up in pain. I now have a mattress that I cannot sleep on without pain and cannot return. Plushbeds did send me a topper, unfortunately the mattress is still uncomfortable and has no edge support at all.

Here's what they don't tell you up front: you have to keep the bed for at least 30 days before you can return it, even if your back is killing you after one week, and when you do return it, you have to figure out how to package and ship the mattress back to them. That's no easy task. How many people can find the boxes and shipping materials needed to ship a king-sized mattress? How many people want to waste their time getting this done?If you think that's bad, imagine trying to pack and ship a mattress with severe back pain, because that's what happened to me. After sleeping on this mattress for a week, my back started to hurt. It got worse every day. Now I have trouble exercising and moving around. The idea of struggling with a heavy latex mattress is daunting.Buying from Plushbeds was one of the worst purchasing decisions I have ever made. I wish I had heeded the warnings of others. Now I'm looking at eating a $2000+ purchase because I can't figure out the logistics of shipping a king-sized mattress. When I pointed this out to Plushbeds, they told me that it's all in the fine print. Not a great way to inspire confidence.

Loved this bed for the first 6 months. Then it began to sag. I have owned it for a little over a year and two large imprints where my husband and I sleep are permanently pressed in the mattress. My lowers back has begun hurting upon rising in the morning. Such a shame. I had high hopes for this organic mattress - now I’m stuck with a very uncomfortable sleeping situation. Tried to contact customer service. No response.

I'm honestly impressed with my bed. My husband made the choice to go with this split king and it was exactly what we needed. Since we are in our golden years, it makes sense to have this mattress for our allergies and simply so he doesn't wake me up every 5 minutes with his tossing and turning. Although I must say, he really hasn't been as restless through the night after we purchased this mattress. Any who ,we love it and would recommend to our family and friends, especially since Christmas is around the corner! A+ mattress!

I have a long history of difficulty sleeping and getting comfortable in bed, even on my expensive "therapeutic" mattress at home. I was pleasantly amazed at how comfortably I slept during my recent visit to family over Thanksgiving, and even happier when I found out that I could order the same Botanical Bliss mattress through Amazon and have it delivered to my door in another state. Thank you Plush Beds and thank you Amazon, I'm looking forward to a restful holiday season thanks to you. I will be telling all my friends about Botanical Bliss - Five stars!

One of the best things to happen to me! I have suffered from back problems for over 15 years, and I usually would start of every morning which and achey back that would cause migraines and just put a damper on my day. Since I ordered this bed my quality of life has changed drastically. I actually enjoy sleeping and never want to leave my bed! My back no longer hurts due to how plush and firm this mattress is. I'm highly impressed and have recommended to my sisters who also have back problems to get this mattress, for the price you can't beat this kind of quality

This mattress is better then what they say it would be. I have trouble sleeping and I have had no problems since my purchase. This even beats a 5 star hotel mattress and those are my Favorite EVER. EXCEPT.... this one. I would put one in every room but I really don't want to have to get a loan for a matresses. I would highly recommend this to all ages

Bought this for our son for his birthday. He just started High School so I'm hoping he'll use it finally. Anyways, the Mrs. and I gave it a go the other day and I have to say, we might be getting one for ourselves. Our son says he loves it too, he's too excited to actually sleep. It shipped fast too and for the price this mattress definitely can't be beat.
