useless item because cap won't stay on, doesn't click in. returned for refund. (Update...got a new one, and it works)
cap wouldn't stay on, so returned it. totally useless. much smaller than photo would indicate. good idea, in theory, but in function, lame.Update: Joel of Boco Design reached out to me after reading this review, and insisted on sending me a new one. this one does work, and the cap stays on. Sounds like they are monitoring quality control, which is a good sign. the product is light and easy to use. it is small, and you have to fill the cup up to the top so that the water reaches it, but it works fine.

The KLiP is great! It absolutely performs as advertised. I have to admit that I was skeptical about not needing a saucer, but it's true. You really do just have to "shake and flip over" and there are no drips. I also love being able to drink it as it brews, without a tea bag interfering. In a world filled with countless options for making coffee, it's refreshing to find something unique and creative for tea drinkers!

Well made and very sturdy (at least for a tea infuser). It works as advertised, it clips sturdily to the side of the mug and makes tea. Of course it can be problematic if your favourite tea much has a strangely shaped side, you may risk the clip breaking or being very loose.

Works great in my huge coffee/tea mug, but would take up too much room in a smaller/normal sized teacup or mug. Also top can pop off easily if not secured all the way or infuser is pushed too far into mug so be careful!

Love it!
Super nice little product. Works perfectly and well made. We drink a bunch of loose-leaf teas at home and it's perfect for a single cup when you don't want to bring a saucer with. Shipped fast and just what I expected.

Great product. Works well with tea bags and with loose tea. And it is designed to fit in such a way that you can drink your tea while it is still attached to the cup. Easy to clean.
