They work great but be careful
The Buttons are great and they feel and look really nice. But there are some problems. The analog sticks aren't tall enough. To fix this I filled it with a small piece of plastic. The second problem is that the Z button didn't fit. Though this like the analog stick is an easy fix. Just get sand paper or a nail filer and sand of the pegs. This allows the z button to work but every time you disassemble your controller it will come lose. For its quality its about 4 star but only being 8 dollars I think its worth it. The buttons look and feel great and the few problems are easy to fix.

Review for Hardcore Smash Players
I'm assuming most of the people getting this are in the smash community. I play Melee/PM regularly.BUTTONS- The buttons feel OEM, EXCEPT the Z and R button. The Z button fits but does not depress. This isn't too much of an issue for me since i'm a hard presser anyway(Hello Ladies) and it always registers when I press it. The R button I do not think was cut correctly as its knocking the mesh rubber thing out of place that touches the circuit board. Some sanding should fix this but I never use this shoulder button anyway. L Canceling, Shield grabbing all feel fine.ANALOG AND C STICK- They def do not feel OEM, hard to explain but dash dancing/fast falling just feels a little different...maybe its the weight? I'm not sure. In any case they fit on just fine, and have actual rubber on top. My previous analog stick the rubber wore off, so I consider this a huge upgrade regardless, especially for the price. Can't comment on the durability yet, I play Spacies in PM so it will be a good durability test after a few weeks. Overall would still recommend. Can't beat it for the price and the analog/C stick provide a good gripEDIT: After a while I felt the Analog stick start to "Stick" I was reading another review saying the hole for the analog stick is a bit too deep. I rolled up some gaft tape and put it in the analog stick hole. Totally fixed the issue, it now feels like an OEM stick.EDIT2: Analog stick rubber wears down quite fast the rings are pretty much gone. The Z button was really annoying me and started triggering randomly so I just swapped back to the original one. I can only recommend this for the buttons.

Problems with the set
The buttons and triggers are good on this set the triggers might not be the same material as the one triggers but they feel fine. As everyone had the same problem with the z button and sticks the z button and sticks do not fit with modding I still couldn’t figure out how to make it work. The sticks work if you shove some piece of paper into the opening of the sticks but they feel great when you put the right amount. Overall I’m satisfied with the set and might come back for my other controller.

Z button doesn't fit
It's a known problem, that the Z button on most mass-produced Gamecube mod-buttons don't work properly. They're missing a metal bit on the underside, and don't fit properly. Regardless, though, every other button works great! The grippy material on the joystick has been disintegrating through use, and leaves an unpleasant residue. Those are the only two flaws I've noticed with these, and they work really well otherwise!

Almost Garbage
The Z button will absolutely not fit and does not come with the metal spring. The left analog was very difficult to get in, and it goes too deep. The C stick analog was impossible to get on without trimming the opening with a razor. Face buttons and shoulder buttons are just fine. Looks cool, but it might as well be an unusable product.

Battle Beaver Customs quality for a fraction of the price!
Almost Everything about these buttons is the definition of quality material. For one the rubber is nice and tough while still being just squishy enough for comfort. Another thing, it doesn't really wear out. As for the buttons themselves, they can vary. Most of the time you'll end up with perfectly shaped goodness, but sometimes your buttons may have a little flair (excess material formed during creation). Just yesterday I received a white set and a red set, the red was perfect, but the whites B button had some flair at the bottom. Of course this is no big deal if you just cut off the excess with an exacto knife or something, but be forewarned. My only major gripe with these is that the z button requires about 5-10 min of sanding to use, which once again, is not a big deal. These buttons are excellent.

Amazing buttons for the price!! (a few minor issues though.)
The media could not be loaded. For just under $10 these buttons are great!!I play a lot of competitive melee so these buttons feel almost better than OEM!a few things though. as I’m sure you’ve read every other review but the Z button doesn’t fit, no amount of shaving will save the “Z” at all.Another things is that the B button still had a little bit of plastic left over which made it get stuck when I put it back together, taking an exacto knife or a single razor to the little bit of plastic hanging on.My final issue was with the Analog stick. Needed a small piece of paper to be folded and shoved in and packed down to fit properly, before I put paper in the stick you could push it up and pull it down making it feel very mush and unresponsive. Paper seemed to fix it perfectly though! Overall satisfied with the purchase!
