The replacement heads appear to be good quality, and haven't lost any bristles so far. Kudos for great customer service! I'm updating my rating.[Original review] This package is a great value, however... the brush heads are of extremely poor quality. I get loose bristles every time I brush my teeth, and I have to get them out of my mouth. I've never had this problem with Sonicare brand brush heads before, only with super cheap 3rd party ones (and even those hadn't shed bristles nearly as badly). Are these brush heads even made by Philips? I see most other people have a good experience with this product, I don't know why I got such a poor quality product.

I just love these brushes. They are exactly the same brushes as the ones I got when I purchased my Sonicare. One advice to everybody, be aware of other similar value packs (usually 5 or 6 brushes/pack) that are sold for $ 6.00 or much cheaper than $20.00. These brushes are just a copy of the Sonicare brushes, but they very hard and hurt your teeth!!! I've purchased one of these packs and ended up throwing them all. Trust me when I advice you to purchase the original ones, you will pay more but your teeth will be much happier!!! Totally worth it!!

I'm perfectly happy with my purchase, great replacement toothbrushes for way less money than originals. They're kinda firm but I wish they were a little harder. Overall I like them a lot, would buy again.

I purchased these as a replacement for my brush heads on my Phillips, however they don't fit well. They only go down just over half way and they are NOT the same quality as the actual Phillips products. I will spend the extra money to purchase the actual Phillis brand next time. I would not buy these again or recommend them.

I have been purchasing these replacement brush heads for over a year now and have had no issues with them.These brush heads are good and they last. Whether they are authentic or not, I do not know but I do know that they work and work well. The following photos are from the brush head after two months of use and it still works fine. I would recommend these for the price instead of risking purchasing the less expensive ones with mixed ratings. Spend a little more for the quality which is needed when it comes to teeth.

Have had issues with some of the bristles coming loose and sticking out from the brush heads. This has never been a problem before, and I am surprised that the OEM product is doing this. Still, I love my Sonicare toothbrush!

This is the brush head that fits my unit. I find with some of these, the bristles keep coming out when used during brushing and it's very annoying. Now that I have this particular unit, don't know what else to do until it needs replacing. For the ridiculous price, this should not be happening.
