I bought a second one, because I lost the first one. I have two issues though:1) customer service seems nonexistent. With a small company like this, you'd like to have a level of personal customer that big companies don't offer. As things stand, I don't even know if this company is still in business.2) Which brings me to #2. The second one I received is OK, but it does seem warped (i. e. It wobbles when standing). I'd bring it up with customer service, but I frankly doubt there is anyone on the other end.It's a cool little gadget that I don't mind paying what I paid. It is very portable. I would doubtfully carry a larger tripod for my iphone. It is easy to get the phone in and out of and holds it very stable. There are 2 main problems. There is a lot of bending the gadget between flattening it and forming it into the tripod. The manufacturer says on its website to be careful when manipulating it, but it only took a few months before one of the tiny plastic pin portions snapped (if I had been super careful it wouldn't have happened, but this is a portable product manipulated on a frequent basis and I feel like it just won't likely stand up to regular usage for most people unless you are meticulously careful every time). The product is now useless. At $25 I would hope to have something sturdier (maybe even metal on those portions that are the hinge points. The second problem is that if you have any type of case on your phone you have to have them send you a different size plastic insert to hold the phone.
