On a mac it sometimes forgets the server. Re-boot the server and the mac and the issues is gone for the day. I found that on google. Their support was beyond horrible. They wasted hours of my time. I gave up when the CSR insisted that he needed to know the version of windows running on my Mac. I had to triple check that he understood what he was asking. He understood I was on a mac but needed my windows version. He was the only CSR on duty at the call center. UPDATE: 2 weeks later it stopped working completely . Will not factory reset. Tech support says they'll call back but they don't.
