I was excited to get the mixer to start my baking habit again but after opening the box, the 1st impression was it's so light and materials look cheap, smell bad too. I bypassed those and took it to the kitchen to rinse the accessories and saw a stain on the mixer. I cleaned it but when I took the bowl out I found this mess and rusty part. Can't believe the company sells "USED" mixer! Don't want to even use it at all. I am gonna figure out how to return it even though i never returned anything before and don't know how yet. It is so annoying!

Love love love this. It is way lighter than my kitchen aid. I use this one more than any other one I have ever had.

I disliked the fact it was plastic even though I knew it was I expected it to be higher quality. Other than this it works well and im keeping it.

Happy with product. With paddle attachment, have to scrape sides to incorporate ingredients well. Overall great mixer.
