Astounding in every way!
Great product. Sound is amazing and the volume can go very loud, if you wish. I love being able to listen to books or music and still hear around me. You won't be disappointed.

There head phones and speakers
Sound quality can get a little rough and it must be around your neck to have a clearer audio experience. Buttons are very touchy. Be careful you don’t end up callin individuals you really don’t want to speak to!!

Great while they lasted
I really liked these headphones at first. The external speakers give off EXCELLENT sound for such a low price point. The external speakers get 4.5 stars. The earbud speakers were not nearly as good. They gave off a very “artificial” sound but decent for this price. I give the earbuds 3 stars. But the quality of this device is horrible! The retraction of one of the earbuds stopped functioning after a couple of weeks. The tips came off frequently and about 2 months in the device language randomly switched from English to Mandarin and it spontaneously speaks frequently throughout the day. There are lots of connection issues having to turn devices on and off to get it to connect and it will not connect at all to my Apple Watch. This is the second one that I purchased from this company so I’m going to have to chalk this one up to, “you get what you pay for”.

Excellent customer service
I loved the excellent customer service I received from this seller. I can't say that I like the product itself and am seriously considering returning it. The sound quality is great and I would love the product if the earbuds didn't feel strange. I have pulled them out to adjust them and it still feels as if they are pulling at my ears due to the design itself. Everything else is great! Play time is great! I am on the fence!

Does what I need it to do.
I have hearing aids & chose this neckband speaker because with hearing aids I cannot also use ear buds. This works nicely, hangs around my neck & I forget it is there. Easily paired with my phone.

Poor quality
The reception is poor. People say they can hardly hear me. Definitely buyer's remorse. 😒

The battery is great!
Very good product. The battery holds up very well. Like a couple of days. I really like the fact that you can listen with the headset or speakers
