I am a bagel eater, most toasters, even though they say extra wide, are not always wide enough for FRESH bagels (the little frozen ones, sure, but not the fresh ones). This toaster was definitely wide enough with some space for the bagel to loosely fit in, not smashed in! Love the colors, matches perfectly in my kitchen. The only thing I don’t like, is the top part of the toaster (the silver part) gets extremely hot.
