Pictures on k&n show a flat corner does this come as pictured? 2023 Silverado 1500 rst 5.8l z71

Have a 2022 Silverado Z71 that I put K&N Filter into and it has the cropped off corner for coolant reservoir. Even though the picture shows it as a rectangle when it arrived it had the 45 degree corner. Went in without a problem
