This bag works if it’s for a young kid (2-4 years old) who needs to get some energy out, but didn’t work for my 8-year-old. It is definitely not for adult fitness. We filled this one with water but I didn’t trust that it wouldn’t leak inside the house. We ended up purchasing a sturdier bag with a plastic frame we could fill with sand.

The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because I haven’t used it yet but it was a little rough putting sand or water in the bottom to weigh it down.

It definitely isn’t for adults. It’s very fragile and weak.

Daughter loves her birthday present. I would like it to be more sturdy. But then I would have to pay over $100 for the more sturdy ones. This is good enough and my daughter is happy with it. I'll use and next time. Local store was out, so we used water. Not a big deal at all. Overall it's a great punching bag, more for beginners in guessing. Unless you have great lungs, get an electric air pump
