I was using a hard surface to make bread before and I’m so glad I stopped doing that! The silicone is much more sanitary and very easy to clean, I just threw it in my dishwasher and it was like brand new. I use it to knead bread. It’s awesome cause it stick firmly to many different surfaces and doesn’t rise up along any of the corners or slip and slide when I’m kneading hard making everything spill everywhere! It’s also big enough to make a pizza which is what I will be trying next!

This mat is perfect for rolling out my dough for pies and biscuits! It makes clean up easy and also store well. Would recommend this product.

I live this mat. It stays in place. Dough does not stick to it. Dough rolls out easily. Easy to clean. Makes making cookies enjoyable!
