Incredibly Helpful
Finally you get an interview for a job you really want--how do you prepare? This is a clear and comprehensive guide on how to nail it. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced hire, you'll find examples and interview formats that speak to your situation. I work with college grads on job-search skills, and this will be my go-to book for interview preparation and guidance. I also loved the inspirational quotes at the end of each chapter. The free companion guide, which enables you to easily write out your personal answers to the Top 20 Interview Questions, is incredibly helpful.

Essential
This book is essential for everyone involved in the hiring process. As a job seeker it provides peace of mind knowing that you are prepared for that big interview. As a hiring manager this book provides great insight to improve your hiring process. It is a quick read, but I continually come back and use this book as a reference guide during each interview process no matter what side of the table I am on.

Informative
Pros: This books offers great answers for some of the toughest interview questions to answer. In addition, you are encouraged to write your own answers down after the interview questions is answered professionally. A bonus because it helps me think differently, which is required nowadays.Cons: None!

Gave me confidence
Finally a book that has the interview process explained simply and tells you what questions may be asked. I spent countless hours on the internet researching how to answer interview questions with conflicting advice. With this book, it is in one place with examples divided between people with work experience and those who have not held jobs previously. Very helpful and insightful.

don't waste your time
This is a very basic stuff everyone can get on internet for free. I bought this one exceptionally for the 5 stars which revealed to be worthless. If you've been through interview processes and are looking for more meaningful insights, don't waste your time.

Suitable for people entering the job market
It provides a good overview of the questions that may be asked during an interview. It is written in a very simple and easy manner that makes it easily understood. Nevertheless, it is not for people that have working experience and have being through multiple interviews. It is much better suited for people that enter the job market, hence my low score. I don't consider that I gained anything from it.
